APTA Home Health Joins Other Components In Surveying PTs, PTAs For PDGM, PDPM

Over the past several months, some significant changes have occurred in payment methodology for skilled nursing facilities (PDPM) and home health agencies (PDGM). The changes may have led to shifts in practice patterns that may be impacting the patients we serve and you as an individual in the workforce. Three components of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) have joined together to create a survey we hope will provide some important insight and guidance. Those components are APTA Geriatrics, the Home Health Section, and the Health Policy & Administration Section (HPA the Catalyst).

Take the survey here

Your responses are very important and will inform future legislative and regulatory priorities as well as the development of tools and resources to help busy therapists and therapist assistants. The survey is expected to take no more than 10 minutes. Participation is voluntary and all responses are completely anonymous. You are free to share the link with others in the industry (including non-APTA members and those from other disciplines). Please know that the survey link is the same regardless of which section communication leads you to it. You should complete it only once.

Thank you in advance!
