APTA Home Health, an Academy of the American Physical Therapy Association, is the professional association for Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who work in home health or community health settings. The Academy supports these professionals with continuing education, advocacy, clinical and management information and resources relevant to the home/community health settings.

Career Center

APTA Home Health's popular Career Center is a part of the Association Career Network, managed by Affiniscape. More than 300 association job sites participate in the Career Center, including numerous home care associations. Advertising through the Career Center provides employers with an opportunity to get PT/PTA job listings in front of thousands of professionals each month through online listings and email announcements. The Career Center also provides a service where job seekers may post resumes.

Event Sponsorship

APTA Home Health has a number of sponsorship opportunities available to vendors and service companies involved in home health. 

Combined Sections Meeting (CSM), which is the annual conference at which APTA Home Health presents educational programming. CSM is sponsored by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with its 18 specialty sections and academies, drawing more than 11,000 physical therapy professionals from around the country.

APTA Home Health often collaborates with presenters or course providers to host or co-sponsor courses relevant to Academy members. If you wish to propose a course to the Academy for hosting or co-sponsorship, please review the submission criteria below first, then submit the online application. Please note that this process does not apply to Combined Sections Meeting (CSM).
