Allied Partner Base Fee - $1,000/Yr

Premier Allied Partner (up to 6 total) - $5,000/Yr

Includes all that comes with the base fee +

• Sponsorship of annual membership meeting or awards ceremony. Allowed to put retractable banner up, have one piece of collateral for attendees and give one minute introduction during event. ($3,000 value)
• Your choice of one add-on sponsorship

Add-On Sponsorships

• Podcast Sponsor - $750/each or $2,000 for series of three. Includes reading of promotional script (up to 60 seconds)
• Publication Sponsor - $1,500 - $3,000 (depending on size of publication) Up to 6 for each publication; printed on inside of front cover
• Webinar Sponsor - $1,500 each or $4,000 for series of three. Can be hosted by AHH or by Partner and AHH promotes. Partner responsible for content and presentation. Link to recording will be included in e-HouseCalls newsletter and sent to all members.

Provider Partners

Home Health Agencies and other employers of PTs & PTAs can now join APTA Home Health as a 'Provider Partner'! Reach potential job candidates and help your physical therapy staff to become the best qualified team available.

Dues Structure:

• Tier 1 (< 25 employees) = $400/year
• Tier 2 (26 – 100 employees) = $800/year
• Tier 3 (101+ employees) = $1,600/year

• Membership pricing for all employees (regardless of individual membership status) for ACHH and OASIS-E programs OR 10% off membership pricing if 100% of current therapy staff (5 people < ) or at least 25 employees participate in program. ** Private on-site ACHH live-seminar available for groups of 30+ clinicians **
